Shipping & Returns
We offer free global shipping and returns on all orders over £200 (excluding duties and taxes) by DHL Express.
ONCE YOU PLACE AN ORDER
- All orders are shipped from London, UK.
- A preliminary confirmation will be sent by email when your order is placed.
- Once your package is shipped we will send you a second email with a final confirmation and instructions on how to track and collect it.
- All orders received before 13.00 (GMT) are processed within the same business day, orders received after 13.00 (GMT) will be processed the following business day, subject to payment clearance and stock availability.
TAXES & DUTIES
- We cover duties and taxes for EU orders. No hidden costs.
- For international orders, you may incur customs duties and VAT depending on your location.
- You can preview and pre-pay taxes and duties at checkout for a guaranteed price.
- If you have any specific questions regarding shipments, please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to help.
- If the items that you have purchased are not to your satisfaction, we are happy to help you exchange or return them.
- The item can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser´s credit card after we have received your returned item (in the condition as described above) to the correct destination.
- For orders less than £200, there is a shipping charge for returns.
- Pop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org notifying of your return.
- Pack your items securely in the original packaging and attach the pre-paid return label to the outside of the box.

Enter your (WAYBILL XX XXXX XXXX) number provided on your label.
- You may also book a collection by calling DHL Customer service number 0844 2480844 or use a DHL drop off location to send your parcel to our warehouse.
- Log in to our Returns Portal to start your return and follow the instructions to generate a pre-paid return label and export documents.
Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
